How to measure rolled oats
These weights are for old-fashioned rolled oats. Quick oats are slightly denser, at about 100 g per cup.
All amounts use the US cup (236.6 mL). A Canadian, Australian or metric cup is 250 mL, about 6% larger; for baking, the gram weights are the safest choice wherever you live.
